Zeitoun?

I believe zetioun was a skeptical citizen, in a city that cried wolf one to many times. "Zeitoun dismissed it. so many times, the storms always raged across Florida,wreaking havoc, and then died somewhere overland or in the gulf"(Dave Eggers 29). All these false alarms made many people skeptical.
